Senior Advisor for Partnerships and Public Policy
Jen Mishory is the Good Jobs Economy Initiative’s senior advisor for partnerships and public policy. Jen served as the Deputy Under Secretary in the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and in the White House as First Lady Jill Biden’s senior advisor on workforce and education, leading efforts to improve career and technical education, community college and other workforce programs, public benefits access for students, and financial aid. She also oversaw the office at ED responsible for over $2 billion in support to states and localities to run CTE and workforce programs, and has served in executive roles in national nonprofit organizations. Jen earned her BA in economics and political science at UCLA and her JD at Georgetown University Law Center.
